We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information — name and email address provided when you sign in via Clerk.
  • Documents you upload — fund documents and team documents you submit for analysis. These are stored securely and used solely to generate your requested output.
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the application, collected to improve our services.
  • Billing information — subscription and payment data handled by Stripe. We do not store card details.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and operate the services you have requested
  • Process and deliver document analyses
  • Manage your subscription and process payments
  • Send transactional communications (e.g. analysis completion notifications)
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

3. Third-party services

We use the following sub-processors to deliver our services:

  • Clerk — authentication and user management
  • Supabase — database and file storage (EU region)
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
  • Mistral AI — We use Mistral AI to analyse document content uploaded by users. Document content is sent to Mistral AI for processing. We do not send personal user information (such as names, email addresses, or payment data) to Mistral AI.

Each sub-processor is bound by a data processing agreement and applicable data protection law.

4. Data retention

We retain your account data and uploaded documents for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Request a portable copy of your data
  • Lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority
