These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Wallin Labs B.V., registered in the Netherlands (wallin.labs@gmail.com).
By creating an account or using any Wallin Labs product, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Services
Wallin Labs provides AI-powered document intelligence tools including FundMemo, Surfaced, and Ryder. These tools analyse documents you upload and generate structured outputs using artificial intelligence.
2. Your Account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use our services for lawful business purposes only. You may not use our services to:
- Process documents you do not have the right to share
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our models or prompts
- Resell or redistribute our outputs without permission
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
4. Your Documents
You retain full ownership of any documents you upload. By uploading documents, you grant us a limited licence to process them solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not use your documents to train AI models. We do not share your documents with third parties except as required to provide the service (see our Privacy Policy).
5. AI-Generated Outputs
Our services use artificial intelligence to generate outputs including memos, proposals, and research reports. These outputs are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before acting on it.
6. Subscriptions and Payment
Access to our services requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
7. Intellectual Property
Wallin Labs owns all rights to our platform, software, and proprietary methods. You own the outputs generated from your documents. You may use, share, and publish those outputs freely.
8. Limitation of Liability
We provide our services as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wallin Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
